MICROGREENS
Microgreens are young seedlings of edible vegetables and herbs. Unlike larger herbs and vegetables that take weeks or months to grow, microgreens can be harvested and eaten a week to 10 days after the cotyledon — a part of the embryo within the seed — leaves have developed.
Most varieties of microgreens are rich in iron, zinc, potassium, magnesium, copper and a great source of antioxidants.
We offer our customers to purchase by the 1020 tray, Clamshell packages in 8oz, 12oz, 16oz, 32oz, 48oz, 64oz, 12 oz produce bag and a 4×4 container uncut.
